We value our client’s time greatly, and therefore need to ensure our time is managed in the best possible way.
We require at least 24 hours notice (weekends excluded) if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. This allows us time to reallocate your time to those on our extensive waiting list.
If you miss or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice given, a fee of 50% of your appointment cost applies. Unfortunately this fee is not claimable through Medicare, DVA, WorkCover or your Private Health Fund.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances that are out of your control can occur, therefore exceptions will be made for these types of immediate emergencies, at our discretion. If this occurs, we kindly ask that you advise us as soon as possible.
Appointment reminders are provided via phone, SMS and/or email to assist with avoiding a cancellation fee.
