Do I need a referral?

You do not need a referral to see a podiatrist

When do I pay?

Payment is due at the time of the appointment. Cash, cheque, eftpos, Mastercard and Visa are accepted.

Do you take private health?

We accept most private health funds (check with your health fund provider if podiatry is included). On the spot private health fund claims are available with HICAPS.

We are a Bupa Members First Network and Medibank Private Members’ Choice provider. 

Do you bulk bill?

We bulk bill all medicare referrals and eligible services.  A specific referral from your doctor is required at time of appointment.

Do you take health care cards?

We are registered with DVA (gold and white card), Workcover QLD and accept NDIS patients.

Do you sell orthotic footwear?

We have a range of orthotic-friendly and podiatry approved shoes and accessories, suitable for plantar fasciitis, heel pain, shin splints, knee pain and nail care, available for purchase in our clinic.  You can also purchase online through our affiliation with Global Footcare.
